Acetamidinium bromide (AABr; CAS Number: 1040352-82-6) is a precursor used in the preparation of perovskite-based optoelectronic systems. Incorporating acetamidinium bromide as an additive into the MAPbI3 lattice led to a superior power conversion efficiency of the resulting device compared to a pristine MAPbI3-based perovskite solar cell as well as excellent long-term stability (Jung et al., 2021).
